At Adharvas Pay, we stand behind our products and services and want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a refund in accordance with the terms below.


To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product or service must have been purchased through Adharvas Pay payment portal
  • The refund request must be submitted within 7 days of the original purchase date
  • The product or service must not have been used or consumed

Refund Options

Depending on the circumstances, we offer the following refund options:

  • Full refund: If the product or service is defective or did not meet the customer's expectations, we will issue a full refund.
  • Partial refund: If the customer is not satisfied with a portion of the product or service, we may offer a partial refund as a compromise.

Refund Process

To request a refund, the customer must contact our customer support team at or +91 9747555083. The customer will need to provide their name, order number, and reason for the refund request. Once the refund request has been approved, the customer will receive their refund within 10 working days.


The following exceptions apply to our refund policy:

  • Products or services that are marked as non-refundable at the time of purchase
  • Products or services that have been used or consumed
  • Products or services that have been modified or altered in any way
